Does Mailmeteor still sell a lifetime licence?
No. Mailmeteor's pricing page says it stopped selling lifetime licences in December 2024. Licences bought before then still work. OutreachSheet is sold once, at £29 at launch.

There is nothing to stop paying. It's one payment for a lifetime licence, with free fixes to version 1. The sheet and its script stay in your own Google account.

Which Gmail mail merge doesn't store my contact list on its own servers?
OutreachSheet runs inside your own Google account, as a Sheet plus Apps Script, with no server of ours. GMass says its database stores the addresses you send to.

Can I send cold email without open-tracking pixels?
Yes. OutreachSheet sends plain emails with no tracking pixel or tracked links. You judge a campaign by replies, which the sheet sorts. GMass, Mailmeteor and YAMM offer open tracking.

How do I send cold emails in several languages from one Google Sheet?
Give each contact a country. OutreachSheet sends each person the sequence you wrote for that country's language, or your default language if the country is blank. It does not translate.

Can a Gmail mail merge send English to UK contacts and German to German contacts automatically?
Yes, in OutreachSheet: the country on each row picks the language, from an editable country-to-language list. GMass, Mailmeteor and YAMM don't describe per-country sequences on their pages.

How do I tell real replies from out-of-office emails in a Gmail campaign?
OutreachSheet sorts what comes back into four groups: real replies, out-of-office, bounces and unsubscribe requests. Each shows in the sheet, so you answer only the real replies.

How are follow-up emails scheduled in a Google Sheets cold-email tool?
You set the day for each step; our default is days 0, 4 and 10. Emails go out only in your chosen hours and weekdays, and stop once someone replies.

What happens when someone replies "unsubscribe" to a cold email?
OutreachSheet adds them to a permanent Do Not Contact list. They are never emailed again from that sheet, and the list is checked on every import and before every send.

What bounce rate is normal for cold email?
Our own outreach, about 7,500 emails to 31 countries, bounced at 4.1%. On a new mailbox we pause new sends if bounces go above 3% and find the cause.

Our schedule: no cold email in week 1, then 10 a day, 20, 35, and a ceiling of 50 per mailbox from week 5. Google publishes no cold-email figure.

About 500 recipients a day on personal Gmail and 2,000 on paid Google Workspace. Tools sending through Apps Script get less: 100 a day personal, 1,500 Workspace.

Is cold email to businesses legal in the UK?
Yes, to companies, LLPs and government bodies, if you say who you are and offer an easy opt-out. Sole traders and some partnerships need consent. The rules are PECR.
