OutreachSheet
The product

Your outreach. One Google Sheet.

OutreachSheet is a one-time-purchase Google Sheet that sends personalised cold and warm outreach through your own Gmail or Google Workspace account. It handles scheduled follow-ups, reply sorting and opt-outs, so you can spend your time on the conversations that come back.

You own the copy in your Google account. There is no OutreachSheet subscription, browser extension or separate sending server. The advertised launch price is £29 for the first 50 copies, then £49; checkout is opening soon.

From a list to a first email

Answer four questions: your name, what you offer, your list and a test email to yourself. A live preview shows the first message as the recipient will read it. Test mode is on by default: the schedule runs and records what it would send without contacting your list.

Paste email addresses, names with addresses, or import a CSV from a spreadsheet, contacts app or CRM. Recognised column headings can be in English, German, French, Italian or Spanish. Duplicates are skipped, invalid lines are counted and people on your Do Not Contact list stay excluded.

Personal emails, with the follow-up already handled

Any list column can personalise your message. Use {{First name}} or {{Company}}, and fallbacks such as {{Town|your area}}. An unresolved field, an empty value without a fallback or leftover example text holds the email before sending.

Create up to four steps, choose the delay after the previous email and set your sending hours and days. Small batches run every ten minutes, with irregular gaps and separate daily limits for new contacts and total emails. The Sent Log is checked to prevent duplicate sends.

Know what came back

Replies are checked hourly, or immediately when you choose “Check for replies now”. The Replies tab separates replies, opt-outs, automatic replies, bounces, spam rejections, delays and messages needing confirmation. A detected reply stops that person’s sequence; an out-of-office message delays the next follow-up.

The evening report arrives at 18:00 in the sheet’s time zone, showing what went out, what came back and who is waiting for you. Lead statuses and notes explain whether a contact is ready, in sequence, replied, finished, stopped, bounced or held.

Controls for the account you send from

  • Plain email from your own account, without open or click tracking.
  • Start, pause everything, or stop new contacts while existing follow-ups continue.
  • A permanent Do Not Contact list, checked on import and again before sending.
  • Opt-out recognition in 16 languages, plus manual unsubscribe.
  • Automatic pause and an email alert when too many first emails fail.
  • A company hold after a bounce, and an SPF, DKIM and DMARC domain check.

One language or several

English-only outreach uses the same sending, follow-up and reporting workflow. For international lists, an editable country-to-language mapping selects the sequence you have written. English and French examples are included. OutreachSheet does not translate or write your emails automatically.

What you own, and what you need

You need a Google account, Gmail or Google Workspace, a contact list and your message. Outlook is not supported. Google’s permissions, account rules and sending quotas apply. This is a single-account outreach workflow, rather than a shared CRM or a tool for rotating many mailboxes.

Your licence never expires. Version 1 fixes are free and delivered as a corrected copy link; major new versions may be sold separately. Your purchased copy does not update itself. Your list, messages and logs are stored in your Google account and processed by Google services; there is no OutreachSheet sending server.
