OutreachSheet
The founder’s story

Built for the emails that start a business conversation.

Ian Xiang built OutreachSheet after running outreach for Lightopia, a lantern festival brand. He wanted to send personal emails from his own Gmail, keep follow-ups moving and see which replies needed attention, without spending hours sending every message by hand.

The workflow came before the product

Lightopia’s conversations often started with venues that had never heard of the business. The practical job was straightforward: keep a useful list, write a relevant message, send it from a real person’s account and follow through. As outreach crossed borders, sending each prepared message in the right language became part of that workflow.

OutreachSheet packages that approach into a Google Sheet that a buyer can copy, set up and keep in their own Google account. It is designed for cold and warm outreach, in one language or several.

What happened in Lightopia’s outreach

These are Ian’s approximate figures for Lightopia’s use of the predecessor engine, reported on 13 October 2026. They describe that campaign; they are not results from a group of OutreachSheet customers.

Emails sent
About 7,500
Venues contacted
About 4,400
Countries / languages
31 / 14
Responses
About 440
Live conversations

Responses include replies, declines and opt-outs. The outreach used one Google mailbox. The figures do not isolate the effect of language, sending pace or any individual feature. OutreachSheet’s current product features are described on the product page.

A copy you own

OutreachSheet is sold as a one-time-purchase Google Sheet, rather than a subscription to a separate sending platform. Your licence never expires. Version 1 fixes are free through a corrected copy link, while major new versions may be sold separately.
