OutreachSheet
Terms

Terms, licence and refunds.

These are the terms for buying and using OutreachSheet. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. Questions: support@outreachsheet.com.

Who sells it

OutreachSheet is sold by Ian Xiang. You can reach us at support@outreachsheet.com.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use OutreachSheet, a Google Sheet with a sending engine built in, in one of three packages: Do it yourself, Guided setup, or Ready to send. Prices and what each package includes are shown on the price section at the time you buy. Payment is taken once, by card, through Stripe. There is no subscription.

Your licence

  • One person or one business may use your copy. Use it for as many of your own campaigns as you like.
  • You may change your own copy. Changes are at your own risk and we do not support changed copies.
  • You may not share, resell, bundle, rebrand or publish OutreachSheet, or any part of it, changed or unchanged.
  • Your licence never expires.

Delivery of the sheet

Your copy link and the user manual arrive straight after payment, on the page you land on and by email. The copy is made in your own Google account.

Refunds and cancelling

Due to the digital nature of OutreachSheet, we do not offer refunds. If you experience technical problems, contact support@outreachsheet.com and we’ll help.

For consumer purchases, the 14-day right to cancel the digital content ends when supply begins only if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose that right. This does not automatically end any cancellation right that applies to a setup service.

If we cannot deliver a setup session you have paid for (Guided setup or Ready to send), the setup part is refunded.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UK consumer law, including your rights when digital content is faulty or does not match its description.

Setup sessions

Guided setup includes one 30-minute session on Google Meet. Ready to send includes list import, a first sequence written around your offer, and a one-hour launch session, limited to five setups a week. You book your session after payment. You stay signed in to your own Google account and we never ask for your password.

Updates and fixes

Fixes to version 1 are free. If version 1 stops working as described, for example because Google changes something, buyers are sent a corrected copy link at no charge. Your copy does not update itself; you make a fresh copy from the new link. Major new versions with new features may be sold separately.

You are the sender

Every email sent with OutreachSheet is sent from your own Google account, to your own list, by you. You are responsible for its content, its recipients and for following the law that applies, including UK GDPR, PECR, the EU GDPR and, where it applies, CAN-SPAM, and Google's terms and sending limits. OutreachSheet detects opt-outs and never contacts someone on your Do Not Contact list, but it cannot decide whether you had grounds to contact someone in the first place. This is not legal advice.

What we cannot promise

OutreachSheet is provided as it is. We cannot promise deliverability, replies or sales, and we are not responsible for account suspensions, damaged sender reputation or blocked domains caused by how it is used. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your data

OutreachSheet runs in your own Google account, where your list, messages and sent mail are stored. We keep purchase and delivery records, including your name, email address, country, package, payment amount and order reference. Payment details are handled by Stripe, and we never see your full card number.

If you buy Ready to send, we also ask you to send us your prospect list and offer details, and to share your copy with Support so we can prepare it. We can access the information you send or share for that setup work. Information you provide when booking or requesting support is also used to arrange your session and help you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
