The short answer

What it costs over two years
Two years of Mailmeteor Premium on yearly billing is 2 × US$161.99 = about US$324 for one user. OutreachSheet Do it yourself is a single £29 at launch or £49 after. Mailmeteor prices are in USD and ours are in GBP, so this is not a currency-converted comparison.
Looking for a Mailmeteor lifetime deal?
Mailmeteor's pricing FAQ says lifetime purchases ended in December 2024; licences bought before then still work. If a one-time price is what you want for Gmail outreach with follow-ups, OutreachSheet is sold that way: £29 at launch for the first 50 buyers, then £49.
Who should choose OutreachSheet
- One sender on Gmail or Workspace who wants follow-ups without a monthly plan.
- You write to several countries from one list.
- You'd rather keep the list and the sending inside your own Google account.
Who should choose Mailmeteor
- You work in Outlook or Excel as well as Gmail.
- You want AI help writing, warm-up built in, or up to 5 senders on one plan.
- You send fewer than 50 emails a day and want it free.
What OutreachSheet does not do
It sends from a single Google account, so Gmail and Google Apps Script sending limits apply (Google’s quotas). It has no open or click tracking, no shared team inbox, and no mailbox warm-up service. Google shows an “unverified app” warning when you first authorise your own copy, because the script runs in your account; the setup guide shows each screen.
