OutreachSheet
Privacy and cookies

Your choice. Your privacy.

OutreachSheet is made by Ian Xiang. This page explains data used by this website. The OutreachSheet product runs separately in the buyer’s Google account.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics to help us understand visits, traffic sources, the pages people use and clicks on product and support links, and, if you buy, which package you started and completed buying. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the site. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled.

We configure our events without names, email addresses or message contents. Website URLs sent by our integration omit query strings and fragments. Approved campaign labels can identify a marketing campaign, but must never contain contact details. Analytics measurements are processed by Google; see Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

If you buy

Payments are taken by Stripe on its own checkout page; we never see your card details. When you choose a package, the link carries a short label (the page version you saw and, if you arrived through a campaign, its label) so we know which page led to the sale. We also keep an anonymous daily tally of homepage views and Buy clicks for each page version, to see which version works better; it uses no cookies, no identifiers and nothing stored in your browser. If you have accepted analytics, we record that you started checkout and, after your purchase is confirmed, the package and its price. We identify the order only with a short one-way reference, never your name, email address or the Stripe order number. Your email address is used to send your copy link and receipt, and is kept in our private order records.

Cookies and your preferences

Google’s analytics cookies, including _ga and a property-specific _ga_… cookie, are enabled only after acceptance. Our configuration limits their lifetime to 60 days. Your accept or reject choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days so we can respect it on later visits.

Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting after accepting disables further collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site and reloads the page without loading the Google tags. It does not erase measurements already collected. Browser settings can also clear cookies and local storage.

Hosting and support

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address and request details to serve and protect the site, independently of optional analytics.

If you contact support, we use the information you send to answer your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary prospect lists. Contact support@outreachsheet.com for questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. In the UK, you may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

The Google Sheet product

Website analytics does not add tracking to the emails you send with OutreachSheet. Your product copy, contact list, messages and logs remain in your Google account and are processed by Google services. OutreachSheet has no separate sending server.
