OutreachSheet vs Sheetsend: two Google Sheets tools compared

Sheetsend and OutreachSheet are the closest pair in this series: both send Gmail outreach from a Google Sheet and both say you pay once. They differ in how messages are written and in what each describes beyond sending.

Written by the maker of OutreachSheet, so read it with that in mind. Competitor details below come from each company’s own pages on 17 October 2026. Prices and features change, so check the vendor’s page before you buy.

The short answer

Choose Sheetsend if you want AI-written personalisation inside your sheet and are happy to supply an OpenRouter key. Choose OutreachSheet if you want your own written sequence with follow-ups, paced sending and sorted replies, and a stated price.

Who should choose OutreachSheet

  • One person or a small business sending from one Gmail or Google Workspace account.
  • You want to pay once, not every month or year.
  • You like working in a Google Sheet, and want follow-ups, paced sending and sorted replies without opt-in tracking.

What OutreachSheet does not do

It sends from a single Google account, so Gmail and Google Apps Script sending limits apply (Google’s quotas). It has no open or click tracking, no shared team inbox, and no mailbox warm-up service. Google shows an “unverified app” warning when you first authorise your own copy, because the script runs in your account; the setup guide shows each screen.

Who should choose Sheetsend

Anyone who specifically wants AI to draft each message from the sheet, and prefers installing from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
